About me

I am an award-winning documentary filmmaker and media producer based in Hong Kong.

My self-portrait documentary, A Lifelong Learner's Journey, was named Award Winner at the Dirigo International Student Film Festival 2026. The film explores my decision to return to university at age 65 — a journey of reinvention that now defines my creative voice.

Before entering media production, I spent over two decades in civil engineering, working as a Senior Inspector of Works on major Hong Kong infrastructure projects including the Central-Wanchai Bypass, Tuen Mun Chek Lap Kok Link, and Yuen Long South Development. This background gives me a rare advantage: I understand complex construction processes from the inside, allowing me to document them with technical accuracy and visual clarity.

Today, I create documentary films, technical videos, progress photography, and automated documentation workflows for the construction and infrastructure sectors. I am currently completing my BA (Hons) in Media Production at HKU SPACE.
